Dulse-Infused Vegetable Stock
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 cup dried mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons dulse flakes
- 8 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:
