Dulse-Infused Vegetable Stock

Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 cup dried mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons dulse flakes
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:
